To qualify for a refund or return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Certain items, such as consumables (e.g., ink cartridges, toners), may not be eligible for return if they have been opened or used.

2. Initiation of Refund or Return

To initiate a refund or return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have obtained the RMA number, securely package the item with all original accessories and documentation and clearly label the package with the RMA number. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 10 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
